It's beautiful.
How much light is your plant getting? I'm trying to narrow down where my culture is deficient.

I don't have a light meter, but I can tell you that it grows in shade all day. It get more light during the morning hours and what ever light gets between the leaves of the tree they hang in.

Thanks Dave, I'm going to put it outside this summer so I'll give it bright shade and see how the poopy thing does.

Well,
Thanks again Dave! I think I may just have a couple blooms coming.. thanks to your photos & explanation of where the blooms appear from! I definitely have a growth coming from the centre of bottom leaves & not at the side of the whole p/bulb... : ..... although growth still 'flat' and not full as your photo... hopefully will fill out and tell me it's a bloom and not an other p/bulb.
