Newbie question. Is Epidendrum porpax the same as Nanodes porpax?

Just want to know before I choose what to vote for.

I thought pics looked very similar. These various names for the same thing just keep confusing me

Ok, I've picked.

I can buy three of them all from the same website, so who knows, if one of those three wins I may well get one or both of the others as travelling companions
