I have discovered that there is only 1 warm plant on the list that will work for us and have enough to go around, which is Dendrobium rigidum.
Laelia anceps is to large and Brassavola perrinii can not be found in Canada. We could use a few more.

Also only 4 Intermediate. I'm trying to get a couple more for each group.

Bulbophyllum lasiochilum can be found at Andys, Kopf-Orchideen, and Cloud's. I have no clue as to the size, but Andy's says it's a warm grower and it's under $25

Cymbidium sinesne is available at Andy's, akerne-orchids, and Cloud's. This is an intermediate/warm grower, so I'm not sure what category you want to put it in. The only thing is that I think it might be kind of big.

Dendrobium fimbriatum var. oculata is available at lacanopee orchids in the EU and Cloud's in Canada. Andy's only specifies that it's Dendrobium fimbriatum, but looking at the photo, I believe this to be the same variety. According tot Andy's this is a species that preferences warm temps. Again, I have no idea of the size.

Epidendrum porpax
can be found at Andy's, Claessen Orchids, and Clouds. This one also favors warm according to Andy's. Again, no idea of the size, but it says it's a miniature.

I'll keep looking.. .

Masdevallia infracta prefers warm according to Andy's. It is also found at Orchideen Lucke and Paramount orchids. My only concern is that it seems very cheap at orchideen Lucke which makes me think it may not be mature. Perhaps someone who knows the language could take a look.

Sorry, there are so many variables to keep track of I forgot to check the other lists. Also, I am just too inexperienced to know anything about sizes, so I have to just kind of guess by the pictures unless it specifies

I guess this is one way to learn

How many participants in the Warm group? Is the problem finding enough plants for US participants or finding plants in all 3 locations?

I thought if we could find same plant from more than one US vendor, then we would be able to have more choices of plants?

What do you need us to do to help?

Thanks for all your hard work.

Theirs 19 in the warm group! The plants listed in the first post is the ones Andy has enough. I've asked Harry at Andy's if they could suggest plants that they have enough of that fits the requirements, and they have not got back with me yet.

OK so I thought I was done with this part of the project but NOOOOOOOOO! Here's some plants I checked out for more warm growers. Now I need to see if Andy can provide 20 or so.

Dracula astuta

Dracula mopsus

Leptotes unicolor

Masdevallia floribunda

Maxillaria tenuifolia
