We will have a chat this Thrus. nite at 8:00 pm est (July 9th) to go over some plants, get suggestions and start the process on deciding which will make the final ten for each group. There will be at least one more chat to finalize list as we give others a chance to join or suggest more plants.
Also don't forget to check the top of this thread for links to past suggestions and for the list that has already been suggested. I will try and update it daily.

Hi All,
I am confused a bit. So I know we're all making suggestions about plants, etc. I have a few points of confusion:
1. Are the plants that are going on the list in the first post the ones we are discussing tomorrow night? Or are all the ones being suggested in various posts here going to be discussed, even if they are not on that 1st post list?
2nd, if it's a possibility that the warm grower really only needs to be found in the US...well then I'd certianly like to add Ceratostylis rubra to the warm list. I'm happy with however we do things, I'm just a bit confused about the criteria for suggestions...I've been trying to be good about only adding things that are in EU and US for warm growers...
3. For warm growers, should the plants truly be warm growers, or is it just that they are plants that work as warm growers? Like Sarc. hartmanni allegedly can go cool to warm...So would we consider it for the warm growers if that's what it is suggested for? Or would it not be eligible since it can be grown under all 3 temps.?
Again, I'm happy with whatever the answers are, I'm just confused!

Hi Sara, We are going to go over everything you asked about tomorrow night. Hopefully someone with Orchidwiz will be at chat and can help with putting the plants in the right group. Please make a list of questions you may have and we will go over what ever is unclear for all. I got a real good understanding of what we need to do just need to fine tune the details.
