I think all remaining votes should go to the phal.

But, that argument didn't work with the long term project either.

I wouldn't have hoped for a paph either but the numbers don't lie...if the paph wins, I will order it with a smile

Default UPDATE

I contacted Parkside Orchids regarding the Paph venustum. They have the true color version. If the poll ends with the paph as our winner...I think we should order from them.

John emailed me this morning...he will have 20 available for our U.S. members in April. As soon as I let him know if the paph won, he will go pick 20 in the same growth stage and put them aside for us, caring for them until our order date in April.

Oh yeah...he'll give us a 15% discount on the project plant only...

We still have a few votes to go...

Sue,

I deal with Parkside quite alot. They are only an hour away and I have been going there for many years. They are very nice people and have great quality plants.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

I just wanted to make sure they would have enough of ones with color. A few places I checked only had the alba form. I like both of them but some members have the alba already.

We still have a few folks who haven't voted yet so it's not a sure thing...yet

Tony named Parkside as a possibilty in chat last night so I contacted them.

I'm glad I did...and thanks Tony
...

I have to amend this...it was Marie (MDK) who suggested Parkside

I thank you both

As much as I love the thought of an extra vote for L tenebrosa, I can't allow the vote to remain as it was not a participating member's vote.

PLEASE DO NOT VOTE unless you are on the list...thanks
