Terri, are yours mounted? If so, how often are you watering it? I have been watering both the intermediate and the warm every other day and have it in high humidity with high light. So far I have a two spike's on the warm one (I think that is the one) and a new growth on the Intermediate one. I could have the backwards though...lol.

Hi Becca, yes mine are both mounted. I'm soaking them both every morning and they are both bone dry in less than 24 hrs. They are both getting high light, intermediate temps and average RH. I'm not growing in a tank just on my shelf with all the rest.

I had it backwards....it is the intermediate (spiking looking leaves) that that has the two spikes and the warm (the one with the fat little p-bulbs) has two new growths on it!

Looks like I might have to give this one away to someone with enough light.

I brought my mystery plant with me to France for vacation and hung it under my orchid light. I only have a 36W dulux flourescent tube, so it's not very strong light. Now after a week, 10cm from the tube, the top leaves are very red, but not burnt. If I leave it any longer I'm going to fry it's freaking butt off! And it is getting no where near the 4000fc Jasen gives his. I wonder if I have the same plant as you. After all, the leaves look much different from what all the US based members have.

Hmm...you may have the ultimate mystery plant for the project! It does look NOTHING like the intermediate plant we got on this side of the pond.

Looks like I need to wait for blooms to figure out what the heck it is. It can't be any more of a mystery plant than this!

I just went into your gallery to find your intermediate plant pic and it's not at all the same plant. The leaves look thicker and the overall appearance is much different. Perhaps you could email the company you purchased it from and ask them to ID it for you....well, not ID, but confirm it isn't the original one that should have been shipped and ask what temps, light, etc this one needs? Just a thought.

Shannon in England ordered it for me, so I'll ask her what she thinks. When I got it there was a tag, but I didn't look at it and stuffed it in a drawer. I'm pretty sure I know what the mystery plant is called, and have a hunch on what my super mystery might be: a different species of the same genus. Don't know if it's ok for me to post the name here. In any case, the pics of it I've found look strongly like mine. I'll also check on Orchidwiz tomorrow. Blooms will ID it for sure!

OMG, Camille!! I think your mystery is the result of a typographical error!
