I have a concern about ordering before Wednesday of this week. I am not sure I will be here Friday and Saturday. My husband and I have made tentative plans for this weekend.
That's not a problem to order next week, is it? I don't want to make things harder on Andy and Harry with this mystery project, but I also don't want to change plans that I've made.

I will be calling Andy's tomorrow...I've been out of town on business for a while. I gotta get back on track!! Did someone say that the intermediate plant is $25? I hope not...that's a little steep

We decided early in the project that we'd try to keep prices below $25...
For our project:
Cool $18
Inter $18
Warm $25
Andy's will be giving each of us a 5% discount on our total orders!

That's not a problem. As a courtesy, I would send Harry an email explaining your concerns so he doesn't think you're not ordering

Total price of intermediate plant w/shipping to Florida came to $32 and change, yours may be a little less since you don't live as far from them.
