Following the discussion on the size of the Cycnoches warscewiczii, I thought that I'd add a note about the size of Vanda denisoniana.
While it is a beautiful plant, it too gets quite large. I have one that was about 14 inches before it bloomed the first time with roots hanging an additional 18 inches below the plant. It's grown several inches since then, so...if you really want to add a Vanda to the list that stays relatively small, try:
Vanda coerulescens, hot to warm,
ISOPE PHOTO
I would have suggested it earlier, but could not find a source online in the US. I did find it in Europe though.
