I just sent the notes to Sue on last night's chat .. Patience , people while Sue wakes up, collects herself, reads the email and makes head and tails of it
I'm checking into everything now and working on the official information thread regarding the project...

Keep checking the mystery project threads for updates...
Anybody who has taken part in any of our previous project chats knows how chaotic it can sometimes feel...and those of you who are just joining us for your first OB project chat got a taste of it last night
To alleviate some of the craziness, Dorothy and I have come up with a solution that will help us
For those who wish to suggest an orchid -
Please research the orchid for the following items below and have them ready for the chat ...
1 - Plant Size Limit - 12 inches or less
2 - Name of the orchid
3 - It's temperature growing range - Warm (W), Intermedate (I) or Cool (C)
4 - A link to it's photo off of Jay's Encyclopedia Internet Orchid Species Photo Encyclopedia or some other site
5 - Availability - the orchid must be available in the USA & Europe (and possibly Canada)
This information is vital in making our chat go smoothly and without it, the orchid will not be discussed.
The same information is needed for any suggestions made in this thread.
We would like to try sticking to a ten plant limit during chat discussions. Any additional plants will be suggested here in the thread.
Note from Dorothy -
I would like to thank everyone that participated in the chat, with special kudos to Quiltergal (Terri) and whygreenberg (Yvan). in assisting me by providing links to the orchids that were discussed after the main chat on the project to all the late-comers.
I was very tired at that point and couldn't have done it without the two of you. I thank you whole-heartedly
Shannan - I added your name to Bulbophyllum dearei, Cattleya luteola, Habenaria medusa
and also the link to the site for the Habenaria medusa growing info
to the OB Mystery Project Tentative Plant List Thread
Thank you!
Dave - We look forward to seeing you at the chat on Saturday
