By the way...with the deadline being tomorrow night (12:00 midnight EST), I will be working on setting up the polls over the weekend. I expect to be posting them Monday morning.

I hardly had anything to do with running this one...I'm just putting the polls up

I was thinking a week myself...

if anybody thinks one week is not a good time frame, please post your concerns here by the contest's deadline tomorrow night and we'll figure something out together.

If the general consensus is one week then voting should be open from Monday Aug 4 - 8:00am EST through Sunday Aug 10 - 8pm EST (although the polls will most likely be open by Sunday night giving us a sneak preview and chance to vote early)

guys, we have started a funny Project a couple of months ago here in OB. In this Project, we (the project members) picked one (or several ) Neofitenia falcata plants and were supposed to take pictures for some photo contests...

We have one poll in which you ALL can vote for your favorite picture

We all would highly appreciate if you could participate in this voting, as it would also provide us with a better view of what is the general taste within all OB Members, and would also involve those of you that for any reason did not participate in this project.

Also, Sue/Dorothy/Marty, I notice that on the 'Home Page' along the right hand side, there is a place for the 'latest poll' - which still shows last year's calendar poll... is it possible to have the Awesome Blossom poll (the one everyone can vote in) appear there?
