Ecuagenera often sells Dendrobium species in section Densiflora. They regularly ship to the EU and the US.

I might mention many Dendrobium section Densiflora species require cool winter temperatures to flower ( below 50 F / 10C), as do most Den. nobile hybrids. You're not going to be able to do this in a heated room. Keeping them dry is not a substitute.

I might suggest not using the terms 'hard cane' and 'soft cane'. They at one time were used to distinguish between Den. phal. and Den. nobile types, not other Dens., but the terms are not specific enough. There is not really a difference in the hardness of the canes, but the longer Den, nobile canes are more flexible before breaking.
