I should have posted about my little Paph Donvischilum months ago, but I have been so busy it slipped my mind. The good news is that I have waited so long that now I can tell the whole story of its blooming at once.
This charming little Paph opened its flower around the first of September and it bloomed beautifully through yesterday when I finally cut the spike. It even won a few ribbons at local orchid shows along the way.
Overall, I'm super pleased with its compact form, cute purple spots, and long lasting flower. Highly recommend.

My project Paph "Debbie Robinson" (appletonianum x wardii), which I purchased as a seedling from Elite Orchids in June '24 is blooming! Since purchase it has grown a couple of leaves and spent what felt like forever with a big, fat bud but over the past week that big fat bud has opened up and...
