While normally I'd say it's better if we all grow the same plant or something similiar (since that's how we've always done projects), I actually really like this idea! And then everybody can pick a primary they actually like.

The only thing we'll have to keep in mind is that cultural requirements differ between Paph groups, so it will be difficult to provide blanket cultural guidelines.
