I got a couple sarco hybrids from SVO in June of 2023 and this is why they are struggling. I let them get waaay too dry last year and frankly, I had them in a much too small pot which didn't help. I repotted them and have been keeping them moister (is that a word?) and already I'm seeing new growth. Thanks estación seca for this advice!
