No worries Blueszz. I totally get it. Orchids are so slow growing whatever scars they get stay until they drop those parts which can be a very long time!

To be this length it's a spike for sure. Growing orchids reminds me of doing tissue culture. Takes a lot of patience and anywhere along the way, something can go wrong so you might never see your desired end result. So I just meant I hope I will eventually get to see the flowers.
