Mine have gone outside for the summer with the rest of the plants. Hoping this summer will provide a great growing climate for it!

Temperatures are currently between 27'C and 28'C. We need some rain but, otherwise, it is quite nice.
The Leptotes in the moss is doing very well. I never thought to grow these in pots as I have only ever seen these mounted.

Well, my bloom is finished. I did smell it one night around 11:30 and it did have a slight scent - very pleasant, kind of vanilla-y. I kept meaning to smell it in the middle of the night, but never remembered any of the times I half woke up.

OK. I finally got around to ordering some plants so I'm in on the L. bicolor project.
As I mentioned earlier I think, I had one mounted and packed in sphagnum that did really well for 3-4 years and then all of a sudden this past fall it keeled over. I'm pretty sure it was the sphagnum that did it in because when I pulled it off the cork the base of the plant was gone. I think it just rotted away.
So- I just received this one in an order from Hausermann's (see separate post in vendor feedback forum). Mounted on cedar shingle (which is exactly how I now do all my smaller mounts) with just a couple sprigs of sphagnum. Like it! Fingers crossed.
It's under lights indoors for the summer and will move out to the shadehouse when I get back to Florida in the fall.

Also love the Dendrobium... one of the Den cuthbertsonii hybrids? (Or straight cuthbertsonii?)
