I ordered mine yesterday, and it'll be here Wednesday! I forgot that tomorrow is a public holiday so it's sitting in a postal center for a day...

Haha do you think it'll be alright there? Not too cold, not too hot?
Mine has arrived at my doorstep today, according to ebay, but I won't be home until 7pm-ish so you'll see the picture later today or maybe tomorrow if the lighting isn't too great.

Yay!! Hope to see a photo soon...
Here's mine:
The lower leaf is a bit brown; I think it may be dehydration or cold damage (it has been a bit cold here recently). The plant is smaller than I thought it would be, but oh well...
Do y'all think the leaves are indicative of anything I should really worry about?

Always a day or two in order to see shipping stress.
The brown looks fine, the leaf shape and texture is a bit troubling but could easily be nothing

I didn't get involved nor vote because it looked like you might pick something cool-intermediate growing, which wouldn't work here. But you've picked a warm grower, so I ordered one from Marlow's Orchids today. They have 24 more in stock. They are mounted.
They also have var. hookeriana.

I see this kind of "hollowing" on my deciduous Phal when they recycle nutrients for new growth; typically when spring comes and they start a new season.
I think your plant could use some water + slightly heavy fertiliser.

We culled a lot of the plants out of the original list that were either true cool or warm growers, and tried to have only orchids that do well in the intermediate-warm range for the poll. This way the project is open to more people. Marlow's was already the main source we had listed for this species.
