Just my bad luck. The guy from Nardotto is at an orchid show, so they might not be able to ship my plants the coming monday, but the monday after! I'm going to die of impatience! I want my Sedirea...

Oooh...Sue, that's fabulous! Love it.

So, here's my Sedirea, received yesterday!

And, her traveling companions, the ever-popular Phal. Mini-Mark 'Holm' (with 2 spike nubbins!) and Bulb. guttulatum.

Bulb. guttulatum: Oak Hill Gardens

YAY!

Hi Sherry...
here's some help:

Resizing Images...originally posted 6/13/06 by Marty

Thumbnail pics in posts

Gallery Photos

make sure you do the resizing first

When you're ready to put a picture into the gallery, make sure you choose the Sedirea Project Gallery.

If you have any questions, let me know

I'm looking forward to seeing pics of your new baby

I expected this from traveling, I suppose, and it just means my project shall begin now! All of my plants look weary from the long winter (as am I!), and we're all looking forward to moving to a nice summer location come the end of this month! I am premiering two new pieces of music this week, and as a suprise, Rich brought me a NOID Phal from the local ghetto grocery store today. I am thinking I will try to put the Sedirea in a pot from its mount, as it doesn't appear to be clinging alot to the piece of wood. Aside from that, it is growing a new leaf already, and seems completely happy, except for the lost buds. How is going for everybody else????

Well Elliot...it's looking like you and I might be in the same boat! The buds on mine are looking a little yellow and I'm thinking they might blast.

Oh well...a fresh start for both of us

Elliot and Sue: mine (not in this project) blasted two whole spikes then kept only two buds from the third spike. I still think it's a humidity issue as it sat under a small fan 24/7 and the parts that blasted were out in the open. Only the two buds under one of the leaves, out of air went on to bloom. Hope this helps in some way.
