Thanks

I think the fountain is going to give a real boost to the humidity levels in the tank.

I'm finding my mounted Neo in the top of my orchid tank likes that situation much better than the Japanese style potted ones - at least the roots and new growths look heathier and the leaves have that slight red blush that says "plenty of light". It's not my project plant though as I already had this one.

Well did someone say instant gradification, I had to get me some, I purchased this in spike on April 26,it is not my project plant, but I wanted to see what the flowers looked like in my home.
The following photos were taken this morning and for those of you who like smells this little thing is fragrant beyond belief.

Oooh, those little blooms are so lovely!

I am all about instant gratification. . .it helps me wait for the others to bloom.

I like your pot too!

I've got to go sniff my Neofinetia's again. . .so far, nothing really super fragrant!

Thank you for posting pics! I sure did enjoy it.

I love it. The color is so delicate. What is the name of that one?

May I come over to smell it? Better watch it though. It may end up in my pocket. It sure would look nice with my neo and sediria which are in bloom.

Well all I know about the name is the tag reads Neofinetia falcata. I have a Fukiran catalog that describes how to plant, different root types (there are 4),different leaf shapes and color (18),and that some have the ability to mutate to a different variegation.I am unable to tell the difference in my plant and the photos to tell what kind or variation it is.

The catalog has a web site but it is not fully operational yet.

I don't know how to make the link work from here so you will have to enter it on your browser to get there.

I am not part of the project ...but my hubby told my sister in law that I wanted a Neo..after reading & reading about all you guys & your Neo's...and she had one sent to me (its tagged neofinetia falcata....nothing after) as well as other plants! its only a tiny one mounted on cork, with a smaller second growth....
voilą had to share after reading all your exciting posts!

WOW! I wish mine would do something. The one I got in February hasn't moved an iota and the ones I got last month are just chillin. Looks like yours is smaller than most of mine too... so hopefully..... I can maybe get a spike...... maybe.....
