LOL...I went a little nuts at the counter in the outlet mall! "I'll take that...ooh, and that one!....ahhh, and one of those....oh yeah, 5 of those!!!"
I could've bought another Neo for less!
I really do have ZERO ZILCH NADA KAPUT on the self-control thing!

Well the San Diego orchid show was today, and I bought two plant's for this project.
Neofinetia falcata Shutenno (in pot) $20.00
Neofinetia falcata x Darwinara charm (bare root) $10.00
The photo of the blue/violet flower is what the bare root plant is suppose to look like. This is a new cross and this is just one of the plants that he has gotten to flower and he could not gaurantee that the color will be the same, but it should be close.

OMG Sue! I love it Those pandas especially! They are just too cute!
Question! How have you mounted the Sedirea Minmaru in that little vase? He's so precious I want mine!

The roots are just spread over the top of the vase, it's not actually attached
The Neo in the back left corner is the original one I had attached to the top of the trinket box...
now I need something to re-do the trinket box

Wow, Sue! You sure know how to make the best of a rainy Sunday! That looks fabulous! I love the pandas too. What great finds! I wonder what it would look like if you put raked sand in the square 'pool' in the middle?
I am searching for pots at the moment - spent a very enjoyable couple of hours exchanging photos of pots with Gwen! I've got two that are going to be delivered this week that I have earmarked for by existing Neos, and I've got a good lead that I'm going to follow up today for the fancy little Neo pots. (I just gotta have one of those!) I'm in seriously deep as now I can combine two of my loves: orchids and pottery!!
