Default Reppoting my Zigo... is it too late for that?

My first and only Zigo so far needs a repot, not only because the medium has been the same for years (which is not enough of a reason as it seems to like it) and there's another plant that germinated in the pot.

It bloomed by the end of the summer and I was waiting for the spike to get dry, which it hasn't yet.

There's a "new" growth which is almost finishing its growing stage although there's a new leaf comming out.

So, what do you think? Repot or not?

Here's some photos...

I would repot as that other plant ( conifer? ) will take over. The one pseudobulb is also dead/rotting

I’d repot too. I don’t know if this has been the experience of others but mine have really not liked root disturbance so I’m very careful now and just do a cursory cleaning (only remove loose substrate) when I repot.

Done!
Had to sacrifice the "pine like" plant. Its roots were like hair and were taking over all the medium.
