Hi y’all ok so I’m so over winter ready for spring. Now my exotics (zygo ocidium) I want them to bloom. Where I live days are 64* frost at night is it to early to fertilize? They are all looking ok not at peak but soon I hope. Thank y’all ——b

Fertilizer is the least important factor with orchids... they need very little. And if they're not putting out new growth, it's even more irrelevant. It won't do any harm to fertilize lightly, but it's not likely to affect blooming one way or another. Basically, they'll take what they want and leave the rest to wash out of the pot. Light is probably the most important factor in blooming - especially light duration. So if you have short days with low sun angle (Oregon in the winter), don't be surprised if they mostly sit there. Just be patient... There really isn't anything that you can do to MAKE an orchid bloom. You can provide conditions such that they are encouraged to do that when the time is right. If a plant is healthy, and getting what it needs, it is likely to bloom when it is ready. All you can do is facilitate.
