I really don't know what the secret is, I mean, I kill phals like a pro and here are the Zygos just being happy - I think they just like me
Some people say keeping them at lower humidity helps against leaf spots. I spray mine regularly with kelp, and the leaves are literally soaking wet, and still no spots (luckily! I am not complaining
).
I waited a while for him to rebloom, as he is my first 'proper' orchid and looking back he did go through a lot (horrible light, as I though low light means complete shade and then of course my transition from over-waterer into terrible under-waterer) but the second that first bud opened I remembered why I fell in love with this orchid and orchids in general
