Liparis grossa in bloom
My friend Orchids4ever gave me a division of her plant recently. It is blooming for both of us now. The one spike got caught in the folds of a wrinkled leaf so did not come out straight. But the other one did. It has a pleasant light scent. This is a compact plant in a 3 inch pot.

I have this one too. I'd love to hear how you are caring for it. Mine is growing, but no spikes as yet - though it is in it's first year with me and I often find that orchids don't bloom for the first year as they adjust.

It's gonna be very pretty when in full bloom.
I had the same problem with the mangled leaf/spike. I thought mine needed a breath mint!
FWIW, mine is in S/H but otherwise I don't do anything special. Sits 12-18 inches from an east facing window (I'll try to get a FC measure since there is some sun-blocking going on.)

I have only had it for a month, so I can't really take credit for the blooms. It is potted in moss and I water it as soon as it dries out or sooner if I catch it. I have it under 2 T5's in the greenhouse. I am sure Monika (Orchids4ever) will add something to the care she gives hers. I am also looking after two other plants of these for friends and when I asked them what to do for them, they just said water when dry and that they are blooming machines and not fussy about conditions.

Looking good
my second spike did the same thing-it got caught in the wrinkled Leaf-
I grow mine on a warm Shelf under T5 Lights and keep it moist -fertilized along with the rest of my Orchids.I tried to grow it cooler-but it was not happy-now that i moved it to the warm shelf-it finally bloomed for me.
