Zygonisia Cynosure 'Blue Water Sailing' & Roquebrune 'Select' in bloom!
Lucky me I found these two on ebay from Big Oak Orchids. They came to me in bloom with Cynosure 'Blue Water Sailing' having three spikes while Roquebrune 'Select' has two. Very happy to have them. Roquebrune I've noticed has only the most mild fragrance, while as far as I can tell this Cynosure does not.
Like I said, they came in bloom, so the flowers are a bit cockeyed here and there (I still love them!).
Enjoy ( I am )

I was going to suggest crossing the 2 together but I see that cross is already registered - Zygonisia Blue Danube, by Okika on 5/8/2014. You can still do so - for fun.

It's funny you should say this though because I was going to post a question pertaining to making already registered crosses. Plus I've never seen or heard of Blue Danube before, have you? It would be fun to have one for myself and see the results. I've been thinking I will probably cross them anyways.

My blue water sailing isn't doing so hot. It's not happy and I'm not sure why. Hasnt really grown at all since I got mine back in the spring. How do you keep yours? Light level, humidity, temps? Trying to figure out what mine wants and I've had no luck.

Couldn't get on here for a while, so I apologize for not replying sooner. Honestly I just recently got this plant in bloom like this, pretty much right about the time I posted at the beginning of the month. These are 2 of 3 Zygonisias I have and all are recently acquired (honestly I'm fairly new to the game period ).
What are you doing with it so far? I have been keeping these two right on the kitchen windowsill which is east-facing. I've been watering at least weekly though I try to remember to get to them sooner, I would like to be watering 2-3 times because I learned that my other Zygo hybrid (Zygopetalum x Zygosepalum) likes to be watered a couple of times a week. In fact that plant - Zygolum Rhein 'Moonlight' - has been kept outside all summer in fairly bright light, next to my Oncid Heaven Scent & Catts! It never burned but only one of the 2 new growths that grew (to a decent size, the third stopped around half inch) spiked but it's got double spikes now in bloom. Interestingly, and I'll post this as its own topic, the first bud spent most of its development outside getting rather cool evening temps, until I decided to bring spiking/budding plants in as we were forecasted to have about a week of lows in the 40s. It was actually a pretty big bud and opened to be a bigger flower than I had had when I first got it (in bud). However after I brought it inside none of the other 3 got that big! This plant has been getting quite a bit of rain (I put it out just for the rain today, but will bring back in to keep enjoying these new blooms.) Thus it's not gotten a lot of fertilizer, but my Zygonisias I've been feeding weakly, weekly alternating between two different fertilizers.
Sorry I can't be of more help right now, I pray I'll take good enough care to get them to spike again myself. Perhaps someone else with 'Blue Water Sailing' will chime in. In the meantime, what have you been doing with it (we can speculate ).
Take care!

They are beautiful!!!!
I saw a big pot of the second one in full bloom at a florist.
I was stepping inside the store without thinking.
Well, I knew it would be expensive because it was big and the store is on the Park Avenue, but it was just way too much money. lol
Oh, well...

They look great for being shipped in bloom. I usually buy small seedlings so I have never had the experience of opening a box to a bunch of orchid flowers. That must have been fun!

It was! When I first came across them on eBay they were just in bud, Roquebrune had one bloom open in the picture. So when I opened the box it was a surprise to see they were completely in bloom. I was very happy to see they made it well.
