Hello, Jesse. This is an adaptable species and isn't too particular about the mix. I grow it in equal parts New Zealand sphagnum moss, medium-grade coconut husk chips and pumice. In the past, however, the same plant also grew very well in nothing but fine- to medium-grade bark.
