This is a species that prospers with benign neglect. As long as you avoid getting water in the new growths and give it fairly low to moderate light, it grows and blooms easily. This year the plant's produced upward of 75 blooms that are encircling the base, and the almond/cherry fragrance is quite strong during the day.
I have never heard of this one before, but it sounds great! I love the blossoms and the fragrance you describe sounds delicious! Thanks for sharing...I am going to explore this one and see if it would be at home here in my environment!
