Anyone growing one of these ?

I ask because mine is growing a lot of new roots but the foliage seems sickly - in other words its not a nice green, more a mottled colour - sort of greeny-yellow. Is this typical ?
I grow it on the cool side, with milts, zygo's, sedirea's and cool-growing phals. It gets dappled sun and a misting ( not leaves )/watering regularly.
