Why didn't you mention that today was your Birthday, I guess you should consider the plants that I'm sending on Monday. Your Lycaste is as cute as can be, love the shape. I almost forgot, Happy Birthday!!!

Thanks Glen, my BD was actually the 21st when the campbellii opened !
Thanks euplusia, Judi, Nat, & Matt !!! Got a bit of a sting already (NASTY spines !) and no, it's not fragrant.

They are pretty nasty. My Dad grew a few Lycastes when I was a kid and I used to like playing with them because I thought the PBs looked like bananas (my stuffed animals LOVED Lycastes ). I quickly learned to watch out for the spines, they really hurt!

Thanks Camille !!! It's my favorite Lycaste, mainly because it's a mini (flower wise), and that was such a surprise !!!
