Questions on Zygopetalum culture ... and Where do you find them?

Zygopetalums were always one orchid that I felt instantly drawn to years ago .... it was the striking purple that I was mesmerized by.....but got side-stepped and moved into Slipper orchids...

Now my interest has peaked again, and just saw a gorgeous Zygopetalum at Trader Joes, and now decided I would like to add a plant (or two) to my collection...

But, I am not finding alot of clear and concise cultural information around, and I can't find any Vendors who are Selling Zygopetalum.

So can anyone help me out here ?
