Kefersteinia sanguinolenta
This plant was mislabeled. I'm assuming this plant is Kefersteinia sanguinolenta, as the seller did have Kefersteinia sanguinolenta on his sales list.
This was a rather unexpected blooming.
Bloomed about a month ago.

It's pretty cool with that big smiley lip.

It is a cheery one isn't it?!
Didn't cross my mind until you mentioned it.

Thanks Rosie, still having some issues with this plant (leaf tip die back). It is ultra sensitive to over watering during the winter months, as are anything closely related to it.
This species is a cool - intermediate grower, not intermediate - warm growing!

As far as I know, it isn't fragrant.

It doesn't look like a sanguinolenta to me, either; sanguinolenta has uneven, pronounced red blotches on all parts of the flower, not just the lip. It looks like it could be K. microcharis (or a similar species).
Regardless, it's a neat plant. I have a K. tolimensis that's growing like a weed right now, and I'm thinking about investing in more of these eventually.

Heeheehee!
I'd welcome the opportunity that it may be a rarer species than Kefersteinia sanguinolenta.
In the meantime, I'll just call it Kefersteinia sanguinolenta until I get it verified. Accurately identifying Zygopetalinae are tough judging from what the book that Patricia Harding says.
