Macradenia lutescens
This small overlooked genus has but 12 species but they are all easy to grow and reliable bloomers. I can't figure out why you don't see more of them in collections.

Very cool. I know H&R was selling a Macradenia recently. Kinda looks like a small Cymbidium. Any relation?

Steve - believe it or not it is in the Oncidiinae group and it is actually one of the Florida native species.

Wow, I would definitely not have guessed it was either an Oncinidae or a Florida native. Very cool! How big is your plant and what size pot is it in?

Yes, they are definitely in the oncidium group and are pretty much grown like Tolumnia (very small pots with open substrate or mounted) and flower frequently. They also frequently reflower from old flower stalks (as Tolumnia).

They are a similar size to Tolumnia (1 1/2" pseudobulbs, slightly bigger leaves). I grow mine in 1 1/2" clay pots that have large holes in them, and hang them onto a fairly bright spot.
I attached a few pics of mine ...
M multiflora
M lutescens

P.S.: The prefer a lot of light (if grown too dark, they will flower but the flower stalks wont be nice and compact)
