Mine tend to put out roots on the top of the pseudobulb also. Not blooming yet - I received two divisions - but growing nicely.

Nice plant! I love how the Acacallis parent just shines right through.

Don't worry about the roots. Some Zygo relatives have "hairy armpits," so to speak. King and I have been hypothesizing what their purpose might actually be, given their odd placement.

I take back having no fragrance. It took some time but it does indeed seem to have a very light scent.

its going to the meeting with me this week ..here it is all bloomed.
