Thanks Philip, that's how I grow my cultratus as well. If ever you get a chance, try that one too. It's just as cute.

I love this guy! Unfortunately I ran into a few hitches. It is no longer as lush as it used to be. Still alive though. Need to take better care of this plant. New shoots are coming.


Special note:

They are susceptible to damage from tiny snails. The snails are cryptic (they're miniscule and coffee brown).

That's a pity. Fortunately they rebound quickly. How do you get rid of these little snails? I had some in my masdie terrarium last year, and I literally had to repot everything in fresh medium, throw out all the live moss I had to boil all driftwood. I dread the little buggers.

Haven't tried the coffee solution yet, but I may try it if I see more snails tomorrow or over the next few days.
