Red face A dud orchid never flowers

I have some sort of Maxillaria I have had it for years . I bought it with the name tenufolia but it is not it's growth habbit is not at all like one. I have bought other tenufolia's and the growth habit is a climbing in a up right manner . this plant that I have is all clustered up it just gets wider each year the folliage looks great I get new growths but i have had it over 15 years . I have divided it . I have put it in hoter conditions I have put it in cool moist conditions I fertilize it just like all my other orchids my other tenufolia blooms. I really think it is a dud and will not flower. My Mom bought one at the same time from the same grower and hers never flowered either. I have tried it in all conditions I can think of. It is healthy nice roots new growths but never any flowers. I am about ready to chuck those little things right in the trash.
Any Idea's?

Smile Light for my dud

I have grown it in many different conditions, east window, With my paphs, with my Onc. where is gets misted . Currently it is on the west side of my greenhouse about 2 feet from the side of the greenhouse. Some of them are with my paphs. on a lower shelf some are hanging from the roof. It was a large plant that did nothing so now it is many small plants with new growths happy as a clam. No blooms Ever Not in 15 years.A dud orchid never flowers-pictures-035-jpg

I tend to think that it's most likely Max tenuifolia. Some don't have long rhizomes. Mine clusters like yours does.

Max tenuifolia tends to be a finicky bloomer, unlike most other Maxillarias.

Try a drier and cooler winter.

Winters as cool as 45 F to 55 F on the low end, about 70 F to 75 F on the high end.

Water once every 2 weeks without fertilizer (for winter only).

See if that works.

Tenuifolia plants tend to grow up out of and away from their medium. This looks as though the pseudobulbs are stacked against one another. I can't seem to tell in the picture. Can you describe the growth pattern?
