I have had one of these for 2 or 3 years but it has never flowered. I'm in Western Australia and I don't really know how to treat it so that it will thrive. It's grown a little but not a whole lot.

Without pics, its really hard to tell, but try slowly increasing the light it gets. That does the trick for a lot of orchids. Doing it slowly, however, is the tricky part.
