I can describe the fragrance:

Zygo fragrances range from peppery hyacinth to sweet floral with mustard undertones to honeylike. Depends on the plant. Some are not fragrant at all.

Fantastic blooms (and photo!), Dan. Haven't grown any species from this genus yet. But now I might just have go out and find one. Congratulations on your flowers.

Lovely! and I know from experience the fragrance can be extremely powerful - and mine was llike hyacinth. The first month or so mine was in bloom, it was hard to stay in the same (large) room with it for long early in the day., And I could actually smell it from other rooms! The fragrance fades as the day wears on, and overall with time (but took a month at least!)
Unfortunately mine hasn't bloomed since then (about a year and a half). Hopefully late this year ...

I just bought a zygo last week. Hope mine does as well as yours!
