Default Maxillaria sophronitis 'Goliath'

intermediate or cooler grower. This clone has 1.3" tall flower, and the flower can be slightly bigger than that sometimes.

I think I have the same clone.Its a bit easier to bloom too.I bought it from a company that went out of business a year or so ago,they were famous for growing their stock from seed.
Help! Brain freeze.!

I am interested in your plant source. If you have time, I would like to know the actual measurements for flower and plant growth. Thanks.

It was Hoosier orchid co.
as far as size: a mature growth is a littke under 4 inches.The plant is vigorous, and free flowering.
I'm sorry its not in flower now.

Then, we don't have the same clone. Mine came from a private collector in CA 7 or 8 years ago.
