Default Stacked pseudobulbs on Promenaea -- normal?

This is Promenaea Limelight X Meadow Gold I got as a baby about two years ago. It is growing and seems healthy.
New pseudobulbs are growing from the tops of previous ones. Is this normal or should I be doing something differently?

Stacked pseudobulbs on Promenaea -- normal? Male

I guess I can't give any sound advice on whether, or not it's normal. I have seen the same thing happen on Stanhopea. It's probably just genetics. I don't see any reason it would be a problem. Do roots come off the new p-bulbs?

Looks like you have a mushroom joining your Promenaea is the medium fresh?

I love that little mushroom and wish I could get some growing in my big viv! It doesn't seem to be hurting anything.
The medium isn't very new, but I checked the roots a couple of months ago, and everything appeared fine, no repotting needed.
