Small half-inch blooms, sometimes hard to see; they nestle inside the foliage. Just getting a decent pic was tough. The plant actually had six open blooms on it before I even realized it was flowering. This one is mounted on cork with a bit of sphagnum. Seems to like to stay a bit wetter than my other two Maxillaria species, but maybe that's because it's mounted.
