Dear Zod,
First, I am assuming that the Kefersteinia is a hybrid (tolimensis x graminea). So Toligram should be capitalized.
Second, in general both genera like to be pot-bound. Most Kefersteinias will physically push themselves upward out of a pot when they get truly pot-bound. I don't know if this will happen in the hybrid.
When repotting I suggest either a basket - which not only gives the roots more air circulation but also will show the flowers well - or a pot selected to be taller than wide (i.e., the top can look crowded in the pot as long as the roots have a long, clear path downward.
If the groups interests you, consider buying Patricia Harding's book on Huntleyas from Timber Press, which includes both Cochleanthes and Kefersteinia.
Hope that helps, Eric
