Hallo

like in my other post

Lophiaris pumila in spike!

I want to show you the spiking of an orchid plant. Here is an Zygopetalum that I got for 1 €. I dont know the flower. Look and let us be patient!

Perfect!

Isn't it interesting how a lot of zygos bloom concurrent with new growth, while other genera wait for that growth to mature, and still others bloom on old growths only.

Hallo outthere!

Here are some pics of the unknown Zygopetalum.



One spike broke and the other one had 2 blossoms only. But its better than nothing!

Does anybody know the name?

I can't identify it, but is very similar to Zygopetalum triste and Zygo crinitum, may one (or both!) is a parent plant.
