Nice find! I bought one as a seedling... probably have a year or two before it blooms. Perhaps I should swing by my local Trader Joe's!

I have two of these. One bought from a HOS speaker and the other from a local seller. The second buy was an accident because I did not have my "have" list with me. That's OK because they are so pretty. The first one was blooming when I bought it and bloomed again several months later. #2 is smaller.
I keep my plants on the plant table in the summer. They get lots of light and warm temps. Right now they are in the GH for the winter. I'll see how they do in my temps.-quite warm in summer.
Enjoy yours.

well, both parents are plants that like to remain moist I believe. I have had a little trouble getting the watering right - first I must have over-watered as some new growth rotted. Mine is potted in coconut husk chips in a plastic pot, so retains moisture well. Over this past summer I watered well once a week, and a couple times a week in-between I just sprayed a bit of water on the surface of the media. It does tend to be dry here in summer tho.
It rebounded enough to bloom a few months ago.

How often to water will depend on your climate/humidity, as well as potting media. I would say it likes to be moist, but not soggy ...
