Intermediate temps, medium to bright light, frequent water (depending on what they're potted in) and steady air circulation.

I love that specie.... it's from ECUADOR my country...
this maxillaria is easy to grow, I think is intermediate and accept cool to warm temperatures.... I have two of them, and in this moment one is in bloom.... it has 4 or 5 flowers and the form is unique.... I will post some pictures tomorrow...

Hey Paul,

Maxillaria fractiflexa is known from 1900-2200 m so in general they should be given cool, rather than intermediate temperatures. Growers in the San Francisco area grow them cool and to perfection.
