But if it is any help, it is a magnificent flower!!!!!! Let us know if you discover the name.
A friend told me the name, he has 30 years of experience in orchids from Ecuador, he said it is a maxillaria fletcheriana ... very rarely... I'm not sure mine has so many diferences with that maxillaria, but the center is very simillar...

Hi, your plant is very close to fletcheriana, but some differences. Maybe a new species. the petals are a different shape, the lip isn't rffled like fletcherana. The flowers have good form and I like the tall spike.

Hi:
Here are the differences that I see... Beetween Fletcheriana - Sanderiana and my Maxillaria:
The leaves from My Maxillaria are bigger and rounder than the Fletcheriana.
My Maxillaria doesn't have Pseudobulbs, the fletcheriana has...
The flower is bigger... the petals have different shape...
The flower of fletcheriana is closed mine is open ...
The Spike is taller and is clean, the spike of Fletcheriana has more kind of leaves in the spike...

I think the flower of my MAX has more coincidences with MAX Sanderiana .... but the different is the tall spike... Sanderiana flowers down and curved...like Stanhopeas...

Here are Photos of my collection FL=Fletcheriana
S= Sanderiana MY= MY Maxillaria
