Yeah, everyone is giving you good advice. Just leave it be for a while.
Eventually, the vertical p-bulbs will put on roots. Definitely wait until then.

Looks good to me. Nice bright green plumb bulbs..go with a little bigger pot if you like. I don't think I would divide yet.
