Maxillaria rodrigueziana
Maxillaria rodrigueziana put on a nice show! I like the spidery petals that dangle down and the occasional red freckles on the sepals. The blooms are still opening up but I detect a sweet floral fragrance.
I just grow it indoors and constantly moist. Seems to like it.

Easy for YOU, Jeff. My track record with Maxillaria is dismal. But I might just have to give this one a go. Looks like it would be worth babying in my environment. ![Big Grin](http://www.orchidboard.com/community/images/smilies/new/biggrin2.gif)

Haha well I think it's good for people who like to overwater... Maybe.
I will say that my tenuifolia grew like a weed in Atlanta but it is suffering since I moved to San Diego. Still trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong...
I got this Rodrigueziana from Andy since he had it marked down on a sale. I thought I'd give another species a chance and I'm glad I did! So far it's been pretty easy to care for 🙂.
