My Aganisia will bloom soon

I’m very happy since my Aganisia is blooming soon. Hopefully. It’s my first Aganisia, and since I’m also relatively new to orchids as hobby. I was wondering a couple of things. I’m uploading some photos. I can see two spikes coming, are those flower spikes right? If so, I think she’s gonna have like 8 flowers. That’s cool.

Also, can you give me some advice on watering. I have read that I should be watering often, however I don’t want to overwater. I do it generally once a week, let her fully soak for 15 minutes, and then I mist every now and often. I have my plant in fine bark mixed with moss.

Sorry I have no actual advice, I don't have any of these type of orchids, but I saw that you're from Boston! There's a Mass Orchid Society and they're having an online meeting next weekend, maybe some locals will have advice?

(I'm new to the Society but not new to orchids, so I'm hoping some other newbies will show up too!)
