Warm growing Maxillaria? Suggestions? Female
Default Warm growing Maxillaria? Suggestions?

So I am really starting to get into Maxillarias and I am looking for some suggestions. I know the genus is huge, and covers a large geographical area at different elevations, so I am specifically looking for some of the more heat tolerant/warm-to-hot growers. Cool to hot growers could also works well for me since I could potentially leave them outdoors the majority of the year. I can’t really provide a good diurnal range late June-September. However, I can provide super high humidity, lots of water, air movement, and cool or cold temps in the winter if needed (we rarely get freezing temps).

What I have that grows very well:
Maxillaria tenuifolia
Maxillaria variabilis (dark red and yellow varieties)
Maxillaria pseudoreichenheimiana

What I have that is newish, not really ideal for my temp range, but they were cheap, wanted to try them and are growing so far:
Maxillaria densa
Maxillaria elatior

Does anyone have any suggestions of some Max’s that I might be able to look for?
