Masdevallia ID help please

Hi from SE WA. I seem to have stumbled headfirst and think I may be in over my head.
All started with a Wildcatt Blood Shot, closely followed by a phal then joined the local orchid society and came home with 5 more orchids - three oncidiums, two dendrobiums. All of those I feel somewhat confident about caring for (at the moment anyway).
Then today, my husband brought home a lovely little Masd Tala Sca (Anthura) 9/14/06 (or so the tag says). It has smooth bright orange tubular flowers. I'm hoping that it could possibly be a hybrid that takes slightly warmer temps. Also, could anyone tell me Exactly how to keep the correct amount of dampness around the roots and humidity around the rest of it?
I live in the desert (not the best locale for orchids). Most of the orchids are in the north bay window where they get a lot of indirect light plus some indirect light from an east window as well. My phal and one of the smaller dendrobiums are in a small indoor greenhouse that also houses my african violets (those I'm good at). Next to that I have wicker shelves with the wildcatt, one of the oncidiums (huge one), one of the dendrobiums, and now the masd as well. There is a humidifier that runs day and night directly in front and below the shelf unit. I've already been raising the house temp to 76 during the day and down to 68 at night for the wildcatt and oncidiums but now, having added the dendrobiums and this very foreign masdevallia, so have no idea whatsoever how to do the temps for all these different sorts of orchids. A greenhouse is out of the question at this time.
Any help or advice would be very welcome. Thanks.
